Hey guys, we are looking for housemate for a vacant room in the house in Diamond Bar, and it is quite large, approx. 250 sqft.… This house is dedicated to CPP student Only and it is very close to the campus, only 5 mins away. The rent is $870/month for this large room. We are a mix-major group of CPP MALE students. We have Computer Science and Mechanical Engineering major so far. The house resides in a safe, quiet, and loving neighborhood. And it is also very close to 57 and 60. We will split the utilities, which includes the high-speed internet, water, trash, electricity, gas, lawn, and maid service. (Yes, we hire a maid to help on keeping the common areas organized and clean. She comes by every other week.) The house has pretty much everything we need, open floor plan, nice size kitchen, central A/C, onsite washer and dryer, new laminated floor, dual panel windows w/nice shutters, spacious family room, living room, dining area, large front and back yard, more and more...
