It's also near Meramec Springs Park, scenic riverways, and St. James Golf Course. The property is approximately 100 miles from St. Louis International Airport (about 1 hour 45 minutes) and about 42 miles to Ft. Leonard Wood (4550 minutes).
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely available; please book an extra night if flexibility is needed. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home, and a $200 per day smoking fee will be charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for basic tasks such as trash removal during their stay. For stays of 14 days or more, a rental agreement is required. Please remove shoes if they are soiled. Trash must be bagged and taken up to the dumpster. No charcoal grills are allowed, as a gas grill is provided. No pets are allowed to maintain a clean, allergy-friendly environment. Please ensure the door is locked and latched upon leaving, and that the door is pulled closed to properly lock. Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router or modem. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets. No unregistered guests are allowed. When doing laundry, please only run one small or medium load at a time on the regular or normal cycle. Do not overfill the washer and do not use heavy duty or long cycles. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone's use. A&B Properties or maintenance and repair service will be allowed to enter the property if the tenant states there is a problem inside the premises that needs to be addressed.
