Feel at home in this rustic lakeside retreat in Fife Lake, Northern Michigan. This property offers multiple private rooms, each with its own unique charm and amenities, perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to stay together while maintaining separate spaces.
Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Room 2 features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills.
Ample parking is available with an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building, and public parking is conveniently located across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Pet-friendly rooms are available for dogs (max of 2, with breed restrictions) for an additional fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month, and must be authorized prior to booking. Kayak rentals are available between 12 pm and 7 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day, requiring a Kayak Rental Waiver.
Fife Lake Lodge is surrounded by scenic beauty, offering a peaceful and charming neighborhood centered around Fife Lake, perfect for water activities and outdoor adventures. The area is embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The lodge is strategically close to Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, and a 45-minute drive to Torch Lake.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 11 am. Smoking and parties are not allowed in the motel rooms, with a $1000 fine for violations. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. Guests are asked not to jump on beds and to respect the property. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks; there is a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use. Devices do not have recording features, but exterior Ring video cameras and noise monitor decibel measuring devices are inside the unit.
