This property offers a unique experience with four separate private rooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy year-round activities like swimming, fishing, kayaking, and snow fun, all within a rustic self-check-in getaway perfect for families, friends, or groups. Each room at Fife Lake Lodge is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, and lightning-fast WiFi. Enjoy a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. Room 1A features an in-unit washer & dryer and a kitchenette with a toaster/air fryer combo, small fridge, and microwave. Room 1B and Room 2 boast fully equipped kitchens with full-sized fridges and ovens. Room 1B includes a designated work desk. Ample parking is available with an assigned parking spot per room in front of the building, and public parking is conveniently located across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Dogs are allowed in specific rooms (2, 5 & 8) with breed restrictions, requiring prior authorization, and incur a pet fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Guests must sign a Kayak Rental Waiver for kayak usage between 12 pm-7 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fife Lake Lodge is nestled in a peaceful and charming neighborhood in Fife Lake, Michigan, with Fife Lake as its centerpiece, offering opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures. The area is embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The property is strategically close to Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, and the renowned Torch Lake is just a 45-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in the motel rooms, with a $1000 fine for violations. Events are not allowed. Guests are responsible for reporting and repairing or replacing any damage caused. Jumping on beds is prohibited. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM; late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks; there is a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use. Exterior Ring video cameras and noise monitor decibel measuring devices are inside the unit (devices do not have recording features). Room 1B includes a designated work desk for office needs.
