This property features 5 separate private rooms, each with its own unique sleeping arrangements and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs/stools, a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building, and additionally, there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayak rentals are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day between 12 pm-7 pm, requiring a Kayak Rental Waiver. Dogs are allowed in Rooms 2, 5 & 8 (max of 2, with breed restrictions) and must be authorized prior to booking, with a per pet fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month. Guests are asked to keep dogs on a leash when taken outside and pick up after them to avoid additional fees. Rooms 1, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, & 12 are non-pet friendly. Fife Lake Lodge is strategically located close to key destinations and attractions such as Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive. Explore the renowned Torch Lake, just a 45-minute drive away, celebrated for its captivating turquoise waters. The neighborhood is surrounded by scenic beauty, Fife Lake as its centerpiece, offering opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures, embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 6 am. Smoking is not allowed in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Events are not allowed. Guests must report any damage caused by them to the host immediately, and will be responsible for repair or replacement. Jumping on beds is not permitted. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not allowed on the docks; there is a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use. Devices inside the unit do not have recording features.
