Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills.
Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building for 1 vehicle, and there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. The attached Fife Lake Lodge Party Store is thoughtfully stocked with essential items and delightful treats for your convenience. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month for potty-trained dogs only, preferably under 50 lbs. A pack n' play or stair gate is available upon request.

The town is small and easily walkable, allowing you to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions on foot. Exploring the surrounding areas may require a vehicle, as public transportation options might be limited. Key destinations and attractions such as Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain are within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, and Torch Lake is just a 45-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Any damage caused by guests must be reported to the host immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing is not permitted on the docks. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st) and require a rental fee and waiver. Firewood is not provided. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost. Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay, and specific timeframes cannot be guaranteed.
