The cozy dining area includes a table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge & freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker.
Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beach access, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. The attached Fife Lake Lodge Party Store offers essential items and treats. Ample parking with assigned spots is available, with one assigned spot per room and extra parking in front of the blue shed next to the property. Public parking is available at Lakeside Park. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st) with rental fees and a waiver required. A pack-n-play or stair gate is available upon request.
Fife Lake Lodge is surrounded by scenic beauty, offering a peaceful and charming neighborhood. With Fife Lake as its centerpiece, the area provides opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures. Lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails embrace the neighborhood. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The town is small and easily walkable, and Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain are all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive. Torch Lake is a 45-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 6 AM. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Guests are responsible for reporting and repairing or replacing any damage caused. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Fishing on the docks is not permitted. Dogs are allowed with prior authorization and a fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month, with breed restrictions and a weight limit of under 50 lbs. Dogs must be leashed in common areas and cleaned up after. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). A 4% credit card fee applies to cancellations (except Airbnb & VRBO).
