Feel at home in this rustic Queen loft-style room at Fife Lake Lodge, nestled by the shores of Fife Lake in Northern Michigan. This unique accommodation offers a charming blend of comfort and convenience for your getaway. This loft-style room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with Roku, controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast Wi-Fi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and stools, a microwave, a mini fridge & freezer, and a 4-cup coffee maker. Please note, there is no kitchen. Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, and outdoor furniture. Parking is ample, featuring an assigned spot right in front of the building and extra parking in front of the blue shed next to the fenced-in private beach, which will fit a truck and trailer. There's also a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayak rentals are available during summer months, subject to availability, and require signing a Kayak Rental Waiver. Dogs are allowed with a per pet fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month, with breed restrictions and authorization required prior to booking. Guests must be on a leash when taken outside and pick up after them to avoid additional fees. Fife Lake Lodge is strategically located near key destinations and attractions such as Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive. Explore the renowned Torch Lake, just a 45-minute drive away, celebrated for its captivating turquoise waters. The neighborhood is embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails, with local shops and restaurants within reach. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Events are not allowed. Any damage caused by guests must be reported immediately and will be the responsibility of the guest to repair or replace. There is a $1000 fine for parties and smoking in the motel room. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. No fishing on the docks; there is a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use.
