Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, and grills. The attached Fife Lake Lodge Party Store is stocked with essential items and treats. Kayaks are available from 8 AM to 8 PM (Memorial Day to Nov 1st) with rental fees and a waiver required. A pack-n-play or stair gate is available upon request. Firewood is not provided.

The town is small and easily walkable, and exploring surrounding areas may require a vehicle.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Dogs are allowed with prior authorization for a fee of $20/night, $100/week, or $250/month, with breed restrictions and a weight preference under 50 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash in common areas and cleaned up after. Kayaks can be used between 12 PM and 7 PM from Memorial Day to Labor Day, requiring a rental waiver. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings). A 4% credit card fee applies to cancellations for full refunds (except Airbnb & VRBO).
