Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned parking spot per room right in front of the building, and extra parking in front of the blue shed next to the fenced-in private beach that can fit a truck and trailer. There is also a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayak rentals are available, subject to availability, between 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with all renters required to sign a Kayak Rental Waiver. The on-site party store is stocked with necessities, liquor, and snacks. Nestled in the heart of Fife Lake, Michigan, this property is surrounded by natural beauty. Fife Lake itself offers numerous water activities and outdoor adventures. Explore lush forests, rolling hills, and scenic hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are a short distance away. The property is strategically close to Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, and Torch Lake is a 45-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am. This property is not pet-friendly and smoking is not allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations. Events are not allowed. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. There is no fishing on the docks; a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach are available for fishing use.
