This studio is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette featuring a 2-top electric burner, toaster oven & air-fryer combo, an in-unit washer & dryer, and a 56" flat screen TV with a Roku device for your entertainment. You'll also find controllable wall AC/heat units, lightning-fast WiFi, steamers, a cozy dining area with a small table and chairs, and a coffee maker to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Ample parking is available, featuring an assigned parking spot right in front of the building for 1 vehicle, and additionally, there's a public parking lot conveniently situated across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Shared amenities include kayaks (available between 12pm-7pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with a required waiver), balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills. The attached Fife Lake Lodge Party Store is thoughtfully stocked with essential items and delightful treats for your convenience. Fife Lake Lodge is nestled in a peaceful and charming neighborhood in Fife Lake, Michigan, with Fife Lake as its centerpiece, offering opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures. The neighborhood is embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The property is strategically close to key destinations and attractions such as Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, promising exciting adventures year-round. Torch Lake, celebrated for its captivating turquoise waters, is just a 45-minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. This is a non-smoking and non-pet friendly room, with a $1000 fine for smoking or parties in the motel room. Events are not allowed. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may result in additional charges. No fishing on the docks; there is a small public access spot down by our beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use.
