Shared amenities include kayaks, balconies, porch swings, fire pits, beaches, yard games, play structures, loungers, outdoor furniture, and grills.
Assigned parking is available right in front of the building for 1 vehicle, and public parking is conveniently located across the street or next door at the public Lakeside Park. Kayaks are available for rent from Memorial Day to November 1st, with a rental fee and waiver required. A pack-n-play or stair gate can be provided upon request.

With Fife Lake as its centerpiece, the area provides opportunities for water activities and outdoor adventures, embraced by lush forests, rolling hills, and picturesque hiking trails. Local shops and restaurants are within reach. The town is small and easily walkable, and exploring the surrounding areas like Traverse City, Caberfae, Crystal Mountain, and Boyne Mountain, all within a 30-minute to an hour's drive, promises exciting adventures year-round. Torch Lake, renowned for its captivating turquoise waters, is just a 45-minute drive away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 6 AM. Parties and smoking are prohibited in the motel room, with a $1000 fine for violations. Guests are responsible for reporting and repairing or replacing any damage caused. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; late check-outs may result in additional charges. Fishing on the docks is not permitted, but there is a small public access spot down by the beach and a dock near the public beach for fishing use. This is a non-pet-friendly room; please message to inquire about pet-friendly rooms. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost. Discounts are automatically applied: 10% off for weekly stays of 7+ nights and 20% off for monthly stays of 30+ nights.
