This is a non-smoking property, and violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval, and occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited, with violations subject to immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult over 30. Groups with any adults younger than 30, or groups visiting for athletic events, must inquire for approval before booking. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed. Bona fide service animals are permitted with prior notification. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. Access is provided 24/7 via smart lock. Vehicles with 4WD/AWD or chains may be required during winter weather conditions due to the steep and potentially icy road.
