A dining table for four and bar seating for three create a great setting for meals. The warm and functional kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and all the essentials. Bedroom 1 boasts a California king-size bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes two twin beds and offers direct access to the wrap-around patio. Bathroom 2 has a shower/tub combo. The wrap-around patio provides outdoor seating and fresh mountain air.
Enjoy access to shared amenities including a heated indoor ski and snowboard locker room, a hot tub with sunset views, a clubhouse with a lounge area, restrooms, showers, and saunas. The clubhouse also provides access to a heated pool and hot tub area, with a heated pool deck. A fitness center and tennis court are also available. In summer, sunbathing loungers and tables with umbrellas are provided. Free private shuttle service is available in ski season, looping to and from Gondola Square. Parking for 2 vehicles is available in an outdoor lot; spaces are not assigned. Trailers are not allowed.
This location offers year-round enjoyment with direct access to Routt National Forest for hiking and biking. In winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out convenience with a short, beginner-friendly access trail connecting to the groomed Right O Way ski run and the base area. The ski trails transform into scenic paths for hiking and biking in the spring, summer, and fall.
