Two things up front.
First, the reason the rent is discounted is because this unit backs to I-275. This means you can hear traffic from the screened porch. Inside with the windows closed it's substantially quieter, and most people stop noticing within a week. (FDOT says they are building a noise barrier along this stretch in 2028.) The rent is below market because of the noise, and I've priced it that way on purpose.
Second, I'm not a management company. I own this one unit. You deal with me directly. No leasing portal, no call center, no junk fees. In exchange, I'm looking for someone who wants to stay, ideally for several years or longer and take care of the place.

Included in rent: cable, internet, water, sewer, and garbage. Your only utility you pay is electricity, around $120/month. Comparable 2BR units in the area run $1,800 before another $150 200/month for utilities and internet so this is a good deal!
Location: 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 15 to Tampa, 20 to the Gulf beaches. Sawgrass Park is a short walk.
Lease terms:
12-month lease: $1,695/month, renewing yearly thereafter.
I'd rather have one good tenant for three years than three tenants in three years.

Screening criteria please read before applying:
Gross household income of at least 3x monthly rent, verifiable
Credit score of 675 or above
No evictions or landlord judgments in the past 7 years
Two years of verifiable rental history with contactable prior landlords
Employment verification and recent bank statements/paystubs required
