Parking is available in the 4th-floor covered garage or the 5th-floor open-air parking lot, with a height limit of 6'2" for the garage. Guests should not plan on bringing more than 2 cars. Access to the shared indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, as well as a shared outdoor hot tub, is provided. A private heated ski locker room is also available.
Situated just steps from the ski mountain and the Steamboat Base Area, you'll have easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and activities. The free Steamboat Transit Bus stop is conveniently located nearby, and downtown Steamboat is less than 4 miles away. The mountain village is within walking distance, and year-round city shuttle service is also available.
Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. All adults in the rental group must be at least 25 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult in the group. Groups with any adults younger than 25 must inquire for approval before booking. Triple Crown, Bachelor or Bachelorette groups, or any group visiting for an athletic event, must inquire for approval before booking. This is a pet-free property, and pets and service animals are not permitted. Security cameras may exist on the exterior of the home, covering entrances and exits, including the interior of the garage. Noise monitoring devices may also be present. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $20 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 6 people. The maximum occupancy of the property is 7. Guests are responsible for leaving the home in the same condition as when they arrived, normal use and wear excepted. Guests must notify the property owner or manager of any and all damage immediately. The reserving party is responsible for informing all guests of restrictions and rules. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. Pools and hot tubs, if advertised, are seasonal and sometimes close; please inquire to confirm availability.
