We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! This home is located in residential estates community - quiet, family-friendly neighborhood This home is close to shopping, restaurants, London Bridge entertainment, Main Street, and more. Conveniently located, and so easy to get around - whether it is in your car, your ATV, or via Uber - please be responsible :) HOUSE RULES Must be 25+ years old to rent this home No parties No events No pets No smoking inside Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices and music) No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation No garage access DEPOSIT $250 deposit may be asked at time of booking and refunded at checkout upon inspection (holidays we may ask for $500) POOL HEATING $150/day to heat the pool (full stay required) It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice Spa heating included in booking amount ... increased price in winter months (November to March) -- if the stay exceeds 5 days, there is an additional $15/day charged for unlimited spa usage LEFT BEHIND ITEMS $10 service charge added to shipping cost TPT#21467919 Vacation Rental Permit#032466 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as "Waivo Insurance" on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
