My tenant has given a very short notice on vacating my house. She actually rented both bedrooms in order to have a private bath.… 800.00 per room with a shared bathroom, or 1400.00 for both rooms and private bathroom. The rooms are unfurnished. She used the 2nd for storage/clothes. 500.00 security deposit. The house is an older home (24 years) and is conveniently located close to Beltline and Sandy Lake Road. All bills paid including electric, gas, trash, water, and fiber-optic internet. Street parking or you can park in the driveway in the alley, as I use the garage to park in. Month to month or leasing for an extended period of time are open. I do run a soft background check and would like a reference or two, but we can discuss. I would require a simple lease to be signed regardless of time frame to protect us both. I'm very much a tidy and clean person, organized at all times, and would like to expect the same in a roommate, although how you keep your side of the house is considered your privacy. You would have unlimited access to the common areas - living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and I have an inground pool that you are more than welcome to at any time. I'm a single white business professional, 57, and work 7-4 Monday through Friday, but work from home on Mondays and Wednesdays. My office is just 2 miles down the street, so I'm often home for lunch. I seldom have guests, but do on occasion. I don't sit still much, so I'm either working on projects out in the garage, relaxing in the pool, or helping friends and neighbors with projects of their own. An avid mechanic as a hobby and enjoy helping others with car troubles. I've been in the same industry, logistics, for well over 30 years and have been with my current company for 11. Out of respect for her privacy, I will not share pictures of her rooms/bathroom at this time until she has most, if not all, of her belongings moved out. I will be adding pictures of the house and common areas to this post this evening after work or later this week.
