Laundry - There is currently old washer and dryer in the unit; landlord has not verified the operability of those machines. Tenant may use the current washer and dryer if they are in working condition. Otherwise, tenants need to bring their own washer dryer. Two designated surface parking spaces on site. Rent is $1880/month. Plus $75/month for water/sewer/garbage. Tenant transfers and pays electricity, cable, etc. Outdoor and yard maintenance is paid by tenant. Pets (dogs or cats only) - require $450 non-refundable fee per pet. Security Deposit - $1880, which includes a non-refundable admin fee of $350. Move in costs: first month rent, any pro-rata rent for partial month, security deposit.
