Malibu Sand Suite #15 is a part of a multi unit complex compromised of 6 Apartments and 1 main house. This particular unit is a spacious 2 bedroom with 2 pullout sofa's perfect for families or friends traveling. Its has 2.5 baths with a kitchenette (Full sized fridge, microwave, 4 burner gas cooktop, Breville toaster oven and Nespresso machine - we provide pods, creamers and sweeteners). 1 of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and main house. Free parking on site on a first come first serve basis. Guest access: Please note that guests who are staying in the Malibu Sand suites do not have access to the elevated beach surface at Malibu Sand or the elevated beach surface at SA Beach which is the property that we manage next door. There is a house on the Malibu Sand property that rents completely separate from the suites. The elevated beach surface and the rooftop jacuzzi area are reserved for the house. If you'd like to rent a suite and have access to an elevated beach surface with sand and lounge chairs, please rent one of our SA Beach suites next door! Complimentary access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite). Getting around: Malibu Sand Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to its guests. Uber is readily available. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer. Just like our villas, all of our cars are well-optioned vehicles, ranging from Black on Black Cadillac Escalades (perfect for families) to a convertible Mercedes (perfect for couples) to a Rolls Royce Dawn to a Lamborghini Urus. Drive Awhile has something for everyone, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Interaction with guests: Our team is available 24/7 to assist you virtually.
