Only registered guests may access the property, and any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM; failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional fines. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $250 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with evidence of smoking resulting in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. The property manager is not responsible for lost items; if something is left behind, it will be shipped at the guest's expense. Guests may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, and submit a selfie matching their ID. Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and accompanying guests. The host reserves the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification. Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis and must include their age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with them in their inquiry.
