It is a private 2 bed/1 bath freestanding home within 0.5 mile of downtown, 3.8 miles of St Charles International Research Hospital and 1.8 miles of Bend Memorial Clinic Old Mill District. Walking distance to restaurants/food truck lots, bars/music venues, walking/ biking trails as well as downtown shopping and entertainment. Accessing the many mountain hikes, lakes, river and water ways is a breeze as well. Pretty much any activity (even River surfing!) is located within walking distance. Additionally, the house is close (within 2 min drive/ 5 min walk) to a fantastic grocery stores, pet store, Starbucks, a pizza place and local coffee shops! The house is approximately 1120 sq ft. The large capacity washer/dryer are located inside the house in a separate room off to the kitchen. The house has a fully fenced front and back yard. There is a propane BBQ, Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit which is wonderful for the spring, summer and fall.
