The building is conveniently located near an endless number of restaurants & mom & pop shops. Target is also close walking distance along with many other large & small stores for grocery & pharmacy needs. A quick bus or car ride gets you to Ala Moana Center, the largest open-air shopping center in the world. Many Hospitals & Urgent care facilities are a quick bus or car ride, with a few Urgent Care right in Waikiki.

Keys including a mailbox key & FOB are supplied & the responsibility of the tenant to replace if lost. Renter pays in advance a $250. window & screens cleaning fee. Renter must pay for a cleaning service, or deep clean the apartment for your departure cleaning. Paid parking is available with waitlist terms, paid directly to the building.
