6 month lease or longer is preferred. Subleasing is not permitted. No smoking in the unit or building's common areas. All utilities are included, but the electric is capped at $175., anything above that is the renters responsibility. The utilities also include Roku streaming for the TV with internet & house phone from Spectrum cable co. Keys including a mailbox key & FOB are supplied & the responsibility of the tenant to replace if lost. Renter pays in advance a $250. window & screens cleaning fee. Renter must pay for a cleaning service, or deep clean the apartment for your departure cleaning. Paid parking is available with waitlist terms, paid directly to the building.

The unit is renovated, located in Waikiki, comfortable for a single or a couple, & convenient to everything!… It's in a 10 story building with mostly working or retired long term renters or owner occupied residents. It's only 2 blocks from the beach & it's beautiful sunsets. Waikiki beach has many popular surf spots (our building has availability to store boards in a surf locker if a surfer). The Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium & Kapiolani park are all walking distance. The building is conveniently located near an endless number of restaurants & mom & pop shops. Target is also close walking distance along with many other large & small stores for grocery & pharmacy needs. A quick bus or car ride gets you to Ala Moana Center, the largest open-air shopping center in the world. Many Hospitals & Urgent care facilities are a quick bus or car ride, with a few Urgent Care right in Waikiki.
