The living area can also double as a private bedroom, complete with privacy blackout curtains, offering an extra private sleeping space. Bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses and premium linens, while spa-style bathrooms offer high-pressure showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and chef meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee and tea station (with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer), pots, pans, utensils, knife set, cutting board, plates, bowls, cups, blender, toaster, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided, with starter detergent. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the spots labeled 227 in front of the townhouse, with guidance for mid-size SUVs or smaller in the garage. Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the home and do not record audio. No parties or excessive noise are allowed at any time; noise over 90 dB sustained for 5+ minutes will trigger a violation. Only registered guests are permitted, and unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must be 21 or older, and all guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in, which includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund. Tampering with noise monitors, Wi-Fi equipment, or security devices is prohibited and may result in fines and immediate removal. No mail or packages may be delivered to the property, and luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Entry is provided via smart lock or lockbox, and smartphone and app access might be required for entry and communication. Starter supplies are provided, but replenishments are not unless scheduled.
