We prefer a 2-year lease. Tenant responsible for all utilities which is serviced The City of Port Angeles. Fast Internet via Astound is available for tenant. The backyard will be seeded with grass/clover. Tenant responsible for the little yardwork there is which is weedwhacking all grass away from house and trimming or mowing (you can just weedwhack the small backyard grass area). There is a $61 fee for comprehensive credit/background check for each person over the age of 18 which is paid ONLY if you are accepted as the tenant. Only cash is accepted and you will receive a receipt. This is neither rent nor deposit. The process to get statrted is tell us about yourself and situation: job? or income stream?, how many occupants?, animal tenant?, ($50/mo pet tenant fee) etc. as we will not schedule walkthroughs unless we learn more about the potential tenants and their situation. First year is $1997 and second year is $2097. Must make 3xrent or $6000(or have pensions, SS or retirement that is at least $5700 a month) to apply and have credit score of minimum 725. First, last and deposit. The last month can be broken up if necessary into 4 consecutive payments.
