This room can come furnished (queen bed with pillows, sheets and comforter, bed frame, standing body mirror, 4-drawer dresser, hanging-rack) or empty depending on the tenant's preference. The longest term tenant who lives in the one of the upstairs bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field and has two cats that stay in his room. The other upstairs bedroom is rented to another tenant who is active duty military. The master bedroom is rented to another active duty military with a friendly well-behaved dog. All current tenants are quiet, friendly and work outside of the home.
The room is currently available. Some tenant screenings and a $1000 security deposit required. If serious in renting the owner will reimburse majority of the screening costs. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school.
