Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $12,500 per month Furnishings: Available unfurnished or partially furnished, subject to tenant preference and landlord approval. Security Deposit: One month's rent is required. An additional half month's rent will be required as a pet security deposit for tenants with dogs. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, heating and energy fuel, internet, trash removal, water (if applicable), and any other utility services associated with the property. Renters Insurance: Tenant is required to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term at the tenant's sole expense. Security System: A security system is installed at the property and is available for tenant use. Monitoring service is optional and, if elected, will be at the tenant's expense. Exterior & Grounds Maintenance: Landlord will maintain exterior and grounds maintenance, including lawn care and general landscaping.
