Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the premises. Guests: No overnight guests for more than [2] consecutive nights without Landlord approval. No large parties. WEAPONS & FIREARMS POLICY To ensure a safe and non-intimidating environment for all professional roommates, the following rules apply: Common Areas: The possession, carrying, or display of firearms, ammunition, or any "deadly weapon" (as defined by F.S. 790.001) is strictly prohibited in all shared common areas, including the kitchen, living room, laundry, and backyard. Storage Requirements: Any legally owned firearm kept within a Tenant's private room must be stored in a locked, CA-approved or similar high-quality gun safe or locked container at all times when the weapon is not being actively handled for lawful purposes (cleaning/maintenance within the room only). Safety & Maintenance: No cleaning, loading, or unloading of firearms shall take place in common areas. Discharge of any weapon on the premises (including "accidental discharge") is grounds for immediate lease termination. Vehicles: Per Florida Statute 790.251, Tenants may store a legal firearm in their private vehicle, provided it is "securely encased" and not visible from the exterior.
