Please be aware that the internet is satellite and may experience interruptions due to weather, with slower speeds than typically found in town. The fireplace is non-functional. Guests must be able to walk up a decent amount of steps to access the property. Checkout time is strictly enforced to allow cleaning crews adequate time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home; outside is permitted if cleaned up and kept more than 10 feet from open doorways or windows. Absolutely no parties are allowed. Quiet time is observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.
