Bed and furnishings for the room can be discussed if needed.… Utilities included. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas, first floor laundry, yard. Plenty of storage available in basement or attic. Gas fireplace. Alternate side street parking is consistently available.
Current tenants are me (Andy) and my girlfriend Michelle. We are both 36 year old professionals who enjoy climbing, other outdoor activities, occasionally hosting friends. We have a young delightful dog Sorcha and a cat Dustmop. We will be away for a few weeks at a time starting in fall.
