Security Deposit Options We offer two options to make move-in easier: Option 1: Traditional Security Deposit A refundable security deposit is paid before move-in and held in accordance with Florida law. After move-out, the property will be inspected, and if there are no damages or outstanding charges, the deposit will be returned. Option 2: Security Deposit Alternative (Non-Refundable Fee) This option allows for lower upfront move-in costs. Instead of a full deposit, there is a non-refundable monthly fee. Applications are reviewed based on the overall application package and screening results. Approval decisions are made at the sole discretion of management and are applied consistently to all applicants in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
