It is within 15-25 mins to three major hospitals (Community North, Ascension St. Vincent's and IU Health North) and would be convenient for interns, residents or nurses for work. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant without being intrusive. There is a backyard fire pit that is being reconfigured. The size of the house makes it easy to clean and keeps the utilities generally low. There is a new washer, a recent dryer, refrigerator, and range. Custom built cabinets in the kitchen, living room, and closets. No room for dishwasher, but adequate counter space in the kitchen. The living room and front bedroom have good light; the back bedroom is good for afternoon naps or sleeping in on weekends or after a late night shift.

Lease is for one calendar year with option to renew. It is the tenant's responsibility to connect and pay utility bills (electricity, gas and City trash pickup). Utility bills are low due to good insulation and the size of the house. Tenant is also required to keep the grounds mowed in spring, summer and fall and the snow removed from walkways and driveway during winter. Landlord will maintain shrubs and trees as needed. Tenant is required to change furnace filter each month, and to use Rid-X monthly to maintain the septic system. No pets are allowed (no fenced yard, street traffic).
