Okay to lease for under 12 month with an additional month rate for Students, 11-9 months with an additional rate of $150 per month. Minimum Lease 6 months with an additional rate of $300 per month. No smokers at all, no smoking of any type or form allowed onsite the property especially inside the units. *$300 move in special, off your first months rent when leased before June!
