Fletcher Hills Highlands is a nice community well-kept and a little hidden gem in the hills of El Cajon California. When people come to my home they are always surprised at how beautiful it is and seems secluded even though the freeway is about 1.5 miles away. Makes its easy to get to downtown, north county or to the beach. There is also a 2 mile wooded nature trail right around the perimeter of the development. Great for a morning walk to reduce stress and take time to enjoy the scenery.

The studio space is approximately 300 ft. with tons of storage. There is also 200 sq ft of front patio. There is a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of shelves for storage. Also extra storage under the bathroom sink, kitchen sink, and two big drawers in the bed frame. Beautiful newly remodeled efficiency apartment attached to front of my home. It has a private entrance with full bath including bidet. Also has a front private patio over looking tropical desert landscaping. One step to patio and one step into the studio. Has a ceiling fan, full-size refrigerator and kitchenette with single burner and nice size air fryer. We provide purified drinking water with a cold and hot water cooler and extra 5 gallon bottles to refill the cooler. Laundry service is also provided of 2 loads, 2x per month at no charge (4 loads per month). Perfect for those who love to take good care of themselves and love beautiful serene environment for meditation and relaxation. Very safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
