BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The studio has a KING size bed. TV- 65" SMART TV. AC/HEAT- Split unit AC and Central HEAT! KITCHENETTE: Stocked kitchenette will make you feel like your at home. 2 seat dining table. LIVING: Designer appointed furnishings set this vacation home apart from the rest. PARKING- Please only park in the parking spaces designated for UNIT 2. INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with SMART TV'S and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with a a fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig single cup coffee maker, wine opener, bath/face/beach towels and a set of cups/plates/bowls/silverware along with drinking and wine glasses. KITCHEN: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses. HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper. OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to their specific UNIT 2 of the complex. Unit 2 is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note . - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!) WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a "code" rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. DO YOU HAVE BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS FOR RENTER USE: No, please bring your own beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas to use during your stay. We provide beach towels. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? NO PETS
