Note that the bathroom is common to three other studios. Cats only, and we don't charge cat rent because that is just silly.
This is a smoke free apartment. Your move in fee is the first month's rent plus a security deposit of $949.
Did we mention the walk score is 97! Bike score 89! You don't even need a car in this neighborhood, but rare off-street parking is available for a monthly fee in the lot directly next door. Zipcars are immediately next door and a bike share is 50 feet away! Five markets within walking distance including Trader Joes.
The backyard is open for community use, we allow gardening, and the community in the building is filled with warm and friendly people.
