It's located 1/2 block in from Boylston so you don't get the noisy Boylston or I-5 traffic. Garage entrance off the alley and the townhome faces Lake Union. There is a Top Floor Master with big deck, AC, large master bathroom with built dresser/cabinet, jetted tub, 2 headed shower. Next floor down is open floor plan kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace, gas appliances, AC, another deck, and 1/2 bathroom. The next floor (entry floor) has laundry with W/D, full bathroom, 2 smaller bedrooms; a queen fits but doesn't leave a ton of room. All 3 floor sit on top of a good sized 2 car garage with entry to home and separate storage areas. Radiant heated floors throughout the house with mix of hardwood, carpet, and tile flooring. New exterior painting interior painting, and carpet last year. There is no yard to speak of, but very close to parks, stair hikes, dog park, mtn bike park, and other Eastlake amenities. The rent and deposit requirements quoted is for two adults and their dependent children. There will be requirement of eviction/credit check with costs borne by applicant. With the two lower bedrooms separated from master by the main living space it creates a nice separation for tenants which is great for adults but may not be desirable with families with small children.
