If you choose to rent a room, the common areas such as the kitchen and living room would be shared Renters are responsible for utilities. A utility allowance is included, and if the utilities exceed that amount, the remaining balance would be paid by the renter. NO smoking, vaping, or drugs are allowed on the property. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. Any unauthorized guest staying longer than 48 hours will incur an additional charge of $95 per day unless otherwise approved by Management
