This private country estate is nestled in the Golden Gate Estates, known for its spacious properties and expansive landscapes, providing a unique blend of suburban living and rural charm. This estate boasts 9 exquisite suites, each featuring an individually controlled AC unit, a private bathroom (with the exception of Suites 8A and AB which share one bathroom), and an electronic lock. The property includes a grand outdoor lanai and swimming pool, a fully stocked kitchen with appliances, living and dining areas, and a gas grill. A printer is available in the common area. Optional add-ons include a Baby Gear Pack for $250 + tax, pool heating which is paid per booking daily at $60+tax/day (or $100+tax/day if purchased after arrival), and an animal fee. Early check-in may also be available. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. Gas for the BBQ is provided, with a half tank generally available. If you run out, a replacement tank can be purchased, or a staff member can provide one for a $75 service charge + tax. Located in the Golden Gate Estates, this home is surrounded by natural beauty with picturesque views of lush vegetation and a stunning courtyard. While offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center, it is within close proximity to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It also provides easy access to major roadways, making it convenient to reach the beautiful beaches of Naples (12 miles to Clams Pass Beach), downtown attractions, shopping centers (10 miles to Waterside Shops), and everyday conveniences (8 miles to Pine Ridge & Airport Roads). Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 10am. Smart locks allow for self check-in at any time. This property runs on a well system, and at times the water can have an unpleasant smell, though it is safe to use. Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee. The pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65F, the pool heater may take longer to heat the pool. The hot tub is connected to the pool heating system and will not be available unless pool heating has been purchased. For safety and security, cameras are installed throughout the common and shared areas; cameras are never used inside the private suites. No pets are allowed without written authorization from the manager, and violations of the pet policy will result in immediate vacating with no refund and a penalty. Hosting any unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events is strictly prohibited. A valid government-issued ID and credit card details must be provided after making a reservation for verification. Guests are responsible for any violations of the agreement, including disrespectful use of property, lost or damaged items, exceeding guest numbers, unauthorized gatherings, illegal activity, excessive cleaning or trash removal, and violation of the no-smoking policy. The responsible party authorizes the manager to charge their credit card for any violations or incidentals. Guests are responsible for keeping the property in a generally clean and tidy manner, including taking out trash and cleaning dishes. An initial supply of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing, and laundry detergent is provided, but guests will need to purchase additional items when they run out. Guests are responsible for rolling trash bins to and from the curb on scheduled pickup days. Guests are not permitted to paint or make alterations to the property or its contents. Guests are responsible for putting furniture back in its original place if rearranged. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property and possessions. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted parking spaces. Guests are required to be respectful of neighbors and abide by local ordinances and community rules. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes. If a guest is intoxicated, profane, lewd, or brawling, or indulges in any language or conduct which disturbs the peace and comfort of other guests, neighbors, or the community, the manager may order the guest to vacate without refund. Guests must report any disrepair, breakage, or missing items promptly. Guests are provided with one set of sheets, pillows, kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and washcloths. White towels and linens are for in-house use, while striped or colored towels are for the beach or pool. Dark washcloths are provided for make-up removal. Lost, stolen, or damaged linens are charged at three times the replacement cost. Locked closets, cabinets, storage chests, or other storage areas are off-limits to guests. Guests shall allow exterior access to lawn and pool personnel for weekly service without notice. Guests shall also allow access to any requests to inspect by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants, or other local or state government officials. The manager will provide water, electric, natural gas where applicable, wireless internet, and basic cable TV service. Guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously, and the manager reserves the right to charge extra for excessive consumption. Guests will be charged for pay-per-view or specialty TV programs at cost plus a $25 billing fee. There is no telephone service provided at most properties. Guests are encouraged to bring their own cellular telephones, computers, and other wireless devices. All guests are required to conform to all policies and procedures. Guests assume full responsibility for fulfilling the terms stipulated herein and assure the manager full recourse for the payment of any amount outstanding. Includes a printer available in the common area. The property is listed for sale, and guests must accommodate showing requests. The manager will provide 24-hour notice for showings, which will occur between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm daily, unless the guest consents to a different time. Guests need not stay home for showings, as prospective buyers will be accompanied by a real estate agent. If the property is listed for sale at the time of booking, this will be disclosed. If listed after the reservation is made, guests will be notified and may have the option to switch to another property if available, potentially with a price difference. Changes cannot be accommodated once the guest has checked in unless they agree to pay an extra cleaning fee and linen charge. Listing the property for sale does not give guests the right to cancel their reservation or be compensated for inconvenience. If the property is sold and the reservation cannot be honored, a full refund will be issued, or the manager will work to accommodate the guest in another vacation rental if available at an acceptable cost.
