Each suite is equipped with individually controlled AC and high-speed Wi-Fi.
Optional add-on services include early check-in, late check-out, airport transportation, baby equipment rental, extra cleaning service, luxury welcome package, pool heating, animal fee, propane tank refill, and travel insurance. Guests staying from May through October receive 1 complimentary day of golf, subject to availability. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.
Golden Gate Estates is known for its spacious properties, peaceful surroundings, and natural Florida beauty. This unique area offers a private country setting while still providing convenient access to Naples' beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions. It is approximately 20 minutes to Clam Pass Beach and Waterside Shops, and 25 minutes to Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue South.
Smoking is not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for adhering to the agreement and house rules, including respecting neighbors and property usage. Violations may result in additional charges to the credit card on file. Parties and special events are not allowed unless accommodated at special vacation rental properties under a separate contract. Pets are allowed with written authorization and may incur additional fees and cleaning requirements. Any violation of the no-smoking policy or pet policy may result in immediate eviction without refund and penalties.
Each of the nine private suites is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, electronic locks, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms. Suites 8A and 8B share one bathroom. Please note that suites do not include televisions.
