A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor dining.
Optional add-on services include early check-in, late check-out, airport transportation, baby equipment rental, extra cleaning service, luxury welcome package, pool heating for $60 + tax per day (or $100 + tax per day if purchased after arrival), and an animal fee starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. Propane tank refills are available for an additional fee. A vehicle is highly recommended for getting around.

Events, weddings, receptions, large parties, and gatherings are not permitted at this property. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Cameras are installed throughout certain exterior and common areas of the property for safety and security. This property operates on a private well system, and guests may notice a naturally occurring odor in the water, which remains safe for normal household use. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details for verification. The pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and may take longer to heat if outdoor temperatures drop below 65F. The hot tub will not heat unless pool heating has been purchased. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their visit beyond the provided starter kit. Maximum occupancy is 23 guests, which applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.
