One year lease. No smoking. Two parking spaces included in back of condo, one covered, one uncovered. Small storage unit with covered parking space. Street parking available. No pets preferred, however negotiation available for well behaved pets with appropriate pet deposit. Swimming pool and park are part of the Condo Association across the street and access is included with rent. Condo includes enclosed patio. Landscaping included as part of the Condo association. If prior renter leaves behind a washer and dryer, they are available for use, but will not be maintained or replaced. Condo location is in a quiet portion of the Condo Association with a park and pool across the street instead of other condos and no through traffic.
