Lease terms

Rent: $4000/month Security Deposit: One month rent Lease Terms & Requirements: A minimum 12-month lease is required. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required prior to move-in. First month's rent and security deposit are due at lease signing. All applicants must complete a background, credit, and rental history screening through Zillow. Tenant is responsible for all utilities unless otherwise specified, including electricity, gas, water, and internet. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. No smoking is permitted inside the property. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $35 per pet will apply. All fees comply with applicable Maryland laws regarding security deposit limits Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and comply with all applicable local regulations and community guidelines. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be the tenant's responsibility. Applicants should demonstrate stable and verifiable income (generally around 3x the monthly rent or equivalent). All applications will be evaluated in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
