Lease terms

Minimum 12-month lease required. Internet and Water included. Monthly rent: $2,000.00 Security deposit: One month's rent. First month's rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Tenant responsible for electricity, gas, sewer, trash, cable. Renter's insurance required prior to move-in. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with landlord approval.
