Owner is open to a 6-12 month lease. Renter pays electricity bill during stay. Poipu /Koloa area Renter will pay state general excise tax (GET)) to owner monthly. Renter agrees to a 4 hour minimum cleaning per month, by our cleaning team. Charge is $35 per hour. Renter may schedule more hours if interested. Renter will pay cleaning team directly. Deep clean before and after lease will be done on property. Checkout cleaning and Carpet cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit and balance returned assuming no damages. 1 small dog (under 25lbs) will be considered. No exceptions to lease terms including 180 day minimum lease.
