RENTAL HISTORY/HOME OWNERSHIP: 2 years of verifiable, positive history required. Two or more late rental payments in a 12-month period, or any evictions will be an automatic denial. Copy of current, non-delinquent mortgage statement will be acceptable for proof of home ownership. If you own a home and are renting it out, you will need to provide a copy of a current lease agreement between you and your tenants with Proof of monthly deposits. ALL FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS (Checking, Savings, Retirement, Investment, etc.): A copy of the first page of the most recent statement showing balances only. PETS: 3 pets max- $30 for registering each pet and an annual cost to keep information updated on our pet screening website.
