The master bedroom is a spacious 14ft. x 12ft. with two windows to let in plenty of natural light. The side bedroom is 12ft. x 8ft. with two windows as well, perfect for a home office or guest room. The rest of the townhome, including bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, porch, and yard is a shared space with current tenant.
The townhome itself is located on a quiet street in the lovely and lively West Chester Borough, just a few minutes' walk from the center of town (and an easy 10-minute drive to the Exton Amtrak station). The townhome has a front porch and a backyard with a patio, as well as a full basement. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and mudroom with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. One bathroom is on the first floor off the mudroom, and the other is on the second floor.
No preference for tenant age or gender, queer-friendly. Not a student rental (so no one taking 6 credits or more). Willing to consider renting to a pair of tenants, just ask if you're interested. Pets allowed with permission from landlord, so just let me know if you have one.
