Landlord Responsibilities - The landlord will cover the cost of sewer, water, and trash collection. - Tenant Responsibilities The tenant is responsible for electricity, gas heat, and any other utilities not covered by the landlord. - The tenant is also responsible for snow removal, lawn maintenance, and pest control if warranted. - Pet Policy As much as we love pets, they are unfortunately not allowed. - The tenant must ensure all utility accounts are kept current and in good standing throughout the lease term. Any additional utility services (e.g., internet, cable, phone) must be arranged and paid for by the tenant."
