Lease terms

Lease term: 1 year, renewed annually Pet allowed: Yes 2 pets maximum. Must not exceed 50 pounds each. Non-refundable pet deposit: $250.00 for the first pet, $100.00 for the second pet. Monthly pet fee of $25.00 added to the monthly rent. Photos of pet are required before signing a lease. Utilities tenant is responsible for: electric + internet No smoking. No sublet leasing. Every occupant 18+ years old and older will go on the lease. Security deposit due upon signing the lease. First rent payment is due no later than move-in date for access. Rent and deposit are paid via RentRedi app. TO VIEW THIS PROPERTY, you must meet the income requirement of 3x's the amount of the monthly rent. You can either submit an application through Zillow and upload your paystubs to your application, OR you may email your paystubs to betterhomespropertyco @ gmail dot com. If you meet the income qualification then a tour of the property can be scheduled. Acceptable forms of income - 1. 3 months of the most current pay statements.2. If you just accepted a position: your signed offer letter which states your start date, salary, hours, and point of contact.3. Any online accounts need to show your name as the account holder with your deposits/payments.4. Child support, stipends, retirement, disability, or additional income outside of your vocation need to be documentation identifying where the payment is coming from, how much, and your name needs to be noted on the documentation.5. If you own a home that you're renting out: I need leases and ledger of payment history.
