Lease terms

Lease Duration: This lease agreement is for a fixed term of one (1) year, starting on agreed upon start date. Renewal: At the end of the lease term, the lease may be renewed for an additional one (1) year term upon mutual agreement of landlord and tenant. The landlord will provide the tenant with written notice of any proposed changes to the lease terms or rent at least 30 days prior to lease expiration. Payment: Rent payment is due on the 1st day of every month. Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in the full lease agreement. Utilities: The tenant is responsible for all utility charges, including but not limited to electricity, water, gas, and internet. HOA Fees: The landlord is responsible for paying the HOA fees, which cover yard maintenance and snow removal. Termination: The tenant must provide written notice of intent to vacate at least 30 days before the lease ends. Failure to provide notice may result in penalties or forfeiture of the security deposit.
