Accommodating 12 guests, the open floor plan features a stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, and eating space. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, a 3/4 bath, and covered porches. The space
MAIN LEVEL: After being greeted by the wraparound porch, you'll step into the warm and inviting kitchen that showcases granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, and when combined with the breakfast bar and breakfast nook, you'll effortlessly host 12 seated guests at once. The main level also encompasses the living room with a smart TV, an office, a bedroom, and a three-quarter bath. The dedicated office space features a trundle day bed that cleverly converts from a lounging space into twin beds.
UPPER LEVEL: Upstairs, the master suite awaits with vaulted ceilings, its own large-screen TV, large closet, and a decadent five-piece bath complete with a soaking tub. You won't miss a beat in your fitness routine, courtesy of the included Peloton bike! You can train while watching TV, or enjoy the fresh sea breeze by opening the door to the adjacent balcony. The three additional bathrooms upstairs include a queen (with vaulted ceiling, balcony access, and dedicated ensuite full bath), another queen, and two twins. The secondary bedrooms are served by a full bath with a separate tub.
EXTERIOR: Outdoors, enjoy the beach air on the three covered porches and one uncovered deck, whether it be while taking your morning coffee, grilling, clinking glasses over happy hour, or overlooking the lush backyard. The outside shower provides a refreshing rinse to clean off the last remnants of sand after a day at the beach. Access the home via the front stairs or the dry stairway with landings underneath the home into the property. Covered parking.
POOL: The deluxe heated pool with a built-in spa was installed in 2024. The pool surround is coated with a special sealant that keeps the concrete cool and slip-resistant. Cafe lights at night provide a magical tropical paradise experience!
