Steps from Knight's Gambit Vineyard. Rent includes water and trash. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. We have our own dogs that free-roam on the property, so ideally looking to rent to someone without pets. There are also horses on the farm. No smoking allowed. Ample parking. Deposit due at signing. March-October we host local live music at the tasting room from 5-8pm, which may be heard from the house. This is a family farm, so we are looking for the right tenant who understands and enjoys country living. Proof of renter's insurance to be provided by tenant before move-in.
